Character history:

Tommy's story begins in his freshman year of high school, when he and his adoptive parents moved to Angel Grove. Soon after he competed with Jason (Red Ranger) in a a Martial Arts Contest, where they were evenly matched. Unfortunately this caused Rita Repulsa to take interestin, then kidnap and brainwash Tommy. She made him into the Green Dragon Power Ranger, and had him attack her enemies. He almost succeeded in destroying them utterly: he disabled Zordon, attacked Angel Grove several times and even trapped the Megazord. He was freed from erita's spell when jason destroyed the Sword of Darkness...an item which Rita gave Tommy to keep her influence over him. After his freedom was granted he joined the Power Rangers in their battle.

Unfortunately his conhesion with the team would take effort...especially with jason. it took a hard mission to release the Carrierzord Titanus's charge: the Super Blasters, to get them to stop competing with each other and get along. He also stopped his loner tendencies and started hanging out with the team off duty.

Rita grew tired of Tommy using her power for good and decided to put an end to it...by using the wax Tommy had once been encased in to form a Green Candle, which when burnt, would sap Tommy's Power and connection to the Morphing Grid. Her servant goldar trapped Tommy in The Dark Dimenssion to speed the process up (as it burnt faster when he was around it). Just as it was about to return to Rita, Tommy handed the Power Coin to Jason to stop the transfer. This ended his tenure as a Ranger...temporarily.

Tommy returned to duty after Rita kidnapped the other Ranger's parents in exchange for their Power coins...except Jason hid the Dragon Coin. Tommy recovered it, and with a huge power boost from Zordon, regained temporary use of his powers.

But this would end when Lord Zedd took over Rita's base. Zedd was much more powerfula nd was a more constant drain on Tommy's powers. It ended for him after a particularly nasty plot where Zedd had planned on creating Evil rangers with Tommy's Powers.

After a Spring Break spent reflecting in his Uncle's cabin, Tommy returned to Angel Grove, only to be secretly taken by Zordon to become a new ranger...one created from the White Light of Good. He was given atalking White Saber named Saba, and became the White Tiger Ranger.

Soon it came time for another changing of the guard, as Jason, Zack and Trini were leaving. When they left and passed their powers to Adam, Aisha and Rocky, Tommy took over the reigns as leader of the team.

He would remain the white ranger through several trials: begin changed into a child, being transformed into various states of matter, and even taking on his own Greeen Ranger clone, which was created by a returned Rita, who married Lord Zedd. He and the rest of the Rangers would soon need enhanced Ninja power when Rita's brother Rito destroyed their Thunder Zords. The trouble compounded when Rita sent another controlled human to sabotage them, focusing primarily on kimberly, which only made Tommy lose more focs, as they had recently gotten together. They freed the girl, Katherine, who took over for Kimberly after she left.

Master Vile, Rita;s father, soon showed up and turned the Rangers into children. To correct this, they had to journey worldwide to find pieces of the Zeo Crystal. After this defeat, Zedd and Rito blew up the Command Centre, but the rangers soon found new powers lying underneath, along with the repaired zeo Crystal. This began the team anew as The Power Rangers Zeo.

Enemies would change too. The Machine Empire reared its ugly head and started its own rampage to conquer Earth. Billy also left the team, as he didnt inherit any of the Zeo crystal's power. Jason would rejoin the team as the Gold ranger, and Tommy would once again turn evil...of course by Prince Gasket's hand this time.

Zeo soon ended when the team disbanded: Billy left eh planet; Jason gave up his powers,and their powers weren't enough to take on the new threat...Divatox. They soon found new powers in the form of Turbo. This new team style caused Tommy to gain an interest in racing and mechanics...and he also began to drift from hsi friends.

Later on, Divatox would focus on Tommy and would try to take him out alone to destroy the Turbo Rangers. He was saved however by a non-ranger, named TJ. He and his friends took over for Adam, Tommy and Kat as they left the Turbo Ranegrs, bound for college.

Tommy went to MIT...taking a new field..in palentology. While doing this, he found 3 gems, extracted from the Asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. he hid them, feeling something was important about them, and didn't want them in the wrong hands. His new friend Halley helped his develop morphers for these gems...but these wouldn't be used for some time...

He also started to do dinosaur-related experiments with 2 partners: terrance 'Smitty' Smith, and dr. Anton mercer. This lead to the creation of several thigns that would be used and seen during teh Dino Thunder days: the biozords, raptor riders, and the Tyrannodrones. This also led to an accident which would see his 2 partners vanish.

Tommy also had other things he wanted to do. He helped Bulk and Skull of all people to open a restaurant, Bulkmeisters. He also, along with the Red Space Ranger, Andros, keep an eye on the remnants of the Machine Empire, who eventually dug up Zedd's Super Zord, Serpentara. Tom,my, after learning this, gather 10 Red rangers, including the newest, the Red Wild Force Ranger Cole, to stop them.

Tommy soon became a High School Science teacher, wanting a more laid back existence. But this wouldn't happen as a monster named Mesogogg, who Tommy had encountered before on an expedition, was active. Three of his students stumbled across the Dino gems, and Tommy made them Power Rangers. He soon joined them after getting kidnapped...and actually stealing another Dinogem from mesogogg, turning himself into the Black bracio Ranger.

Another Ranger appeared, this one more manevolant: a White Dino ranger, who was being controlled by his Gem...one that was tampered with by Mesogogg. This caused him to lash out against both sides, although Tommy seemed to go extra hard against him, even after discovering his was the adopted son of his vanished partner Mercer.Tommy was soon trapped by Trent (white) in AMber, which started to screw with his powers. When freed,he was stuck in morpheed form. But he couldn't deny his sympathy towards Trent's situation, and when Trent's gem was pruified by Mesogogg, he allowed him to join up.

Tommy was soon returned to normal...in a sense. His de-morphing caused his unmorpheed power of invisibilty to short out, rendering his clear. An experiment fixed this...but put Tommy into a coma. There he battled his former Ranger selves to regain his powers and consciousness.

Tommy soon found out that Mesogogg WAS Mercer all along, and that trent had been hiding it. He considered taking back the morpher,. but decided against it after Trent saved Conner (red)'s life.

After the final battle, Tommy decided to retire from Rangerdom...

Tommy is an enthusiacstic in everything he does...whether it be martial arts...crime fighting, or even teaching and learning. He is always willing to help out and give advice when needed, but is always willing to back off when it's not (especially when he feel the person needs to learn the lesson on their own). In the face of being captured/tortured, Tommy is as stubborn as a mule...and keeps a very smart mouth about him, often taunting and teasing his captors.

Physical description:

Tommy is of slightly-above average height, and a lean muscular build. He has short spiky, dark hair and a small goatee. He tends to wear clothing matching whatever ranger form he's taken.
